HHH Spirits has created gins using local signature botanicals. Hilton, the founder and distiller, will take you through each gin and you will taste it straight and with Capi tonic. One of the gins will be made into a mini cocktail to show the versatility of the gin. 

If you have any interest in fabrication, Hilton will explain the fundamentals of making a still out of copper (he has made almost 100 of them). When you are done, the glass you used for tastings is yours if you picked it in the Extras!!

Love your gin?  Ever wondered if you could make your own?  While having a fun evening?  There are three ways to take advantage of what Hilton has to offer at the MYOG evening; 

• follow the simple instructions and enjoy the aroma and taste of your own recipe. 
• OR, make Hilton talk technical and you'll get a fast tracked education in a couple of hours on the science of distilling.  
• OR, do both (recommended).

There will be a cheese board for snacking and everyone will be offered a cocktail after distilling while we chat about our gin.  Of course you can taste your own gin before you leave and there will be tonic on tap.  You will take with you your own 750ml bottle of gin and a HHH gin tumbler.

Joint us for the umpteenth Bickley Harvest Festival where you will be serenaded by the local choir (Cockatoos, parrots, maggies, etc) and treated to some of the wonderful fare produced right on your door step.  You will taste the range of four HHH gins (one of them in a mini cocktail) and get a lesson on how the gin is made in front of the big girl who does all the hard work - Betty, the 330L copper still.  If you want to dig deeper into the technical stuff, Hilton will be only too pleased to talk technical.
