follow the simple instructions and enjoy the aroma and taste of your own recipe.
OR, make Hilton talk technical and you'll get a fast tracked education in a couple of hours on the science of distilling.
OR, do both (recommended).

There will be a cheese board for snacking and everyone will be offered a cocktail after distilling while we chat about our gin. Of course you can taste your own gin before you leave and there will be tonic on tap. You will take with you your own 750ml bottle of gin and a HHH gin tumbler.
